1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XTILE STUDIO's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

XTILE STUDIO provides:

• Music production and recording services
• Artist development and management
• Music distribution through XTILE RECORDS
• Marketing and promotional services

3. Artist Agreement

3.1 Application and Approval

Artists must apply through our official application process. Approval is at the sole discretion of XTILE STUDIO management.

3.2 Rights and Ownership

Artists retain full ownership of their master recordings and compositions. XTILE STUDIO receives distribution rights as outlined in individual artist contracts.

3.3 Revenue Sharing

Revenue sharing terms are specified in individual artist contracts. All royalty payments are made according to the agreed schedule.

4. Client Services

4.1 Service Fees

Service fees are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be clearly communicated before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

4.2 Project Deliverables

Deliverables, timelines, and revision policies are specified in individual project contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by XTILE STUDIO (including but not limited to beats, instrumentals, and production elements) remains the property of XTILE STUDIO unless otherwise specified in writing.

Artists and clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of XTILE STUDIO's intellectual property without explicit written permission.

6. Content Guidelines

All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations. XTILE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service for content that:

• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal or harmful material
• Violates platform distribution guidelines

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and are outlined in individual contracts. Generally:

• Studio sessions: 48-hour cancellation notice required
• Production services: Refunds available before work begins
• Distribution services: Non-refundable once submitted to platforms

8. Confidentiality

XTILE STUDIO maintains strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased music, personal information, and business dealings. We expect the same from our artists and clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

XTILE STUDIO is not liable for:

• Third-party platform policies or changes
• Market performance of released music
• Equipment failure beyond our control
• Force majeure events

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Artists retain rights to their master recordings
• Distribution agreements remain in effect for released content
• Access to studio resources and platforms will be revoked

11. Modifications to Terms

XTILE STUDIO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
